How do I mould the mouthguard to my teeth? It's simple and takes under 5 minutes. Boil water, allow water to sit for a few minutes and submerge the mouthpiece for 30 seconds until soft. Remove and allow to cool for 10 seconds, then bite down firmly and hold for 30 seconds. Rinse under cold water to set the shape. Full instructions are included in the box.

How long does delivery take? Most UK orders arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Is shipping free? Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all UK orders with no minimum spend.

How do I clean and look after it? Rinse with cold water before and after each use. For a deeper clean use a soft toothbrush with mild soap. Always store it in the included travel case when not in use.

Is it safe to use every night? Yes. The mouthguard is made from soft, food-grade thermoplastic that is safe for nightly use. If you have any existing dental conditions we'd recommend checking with your dentist before use.

Will it work for mouth breathers? Yes. The built-in airflow vent means it's comfortable for both nose and mouth breathers.

What if it doesn't fit properly? The boil-and-bite process allows you to remould the device if your first attempt isn't quite right. Simply repeat the process. If you're still having issues, contact us and we'll help.
