Returns & Refunds

Our Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the Contact Us page on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us straight away with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Missing Items or Parts If something is missing from your order, get in touch and we'll arrange for the missing item or part to be resent to you.

Change of Mind We're unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched, as items are shipped directly from our supplier.

Non-Delivery If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office in the first instance. If the issue remains unresolved, get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help.

Refunds Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 working days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method depending on your bank.
